PCW Method

This is a new construction method that makes it possible to carry out work in areas that were previously difficult to access!

The "PCW method" is a technique that allows for the construction of embankment structures with minimal excavation of the existing road or terrain. By minimizing the regulations on the back side and allowing construction without the removal of existing structures, it leads to cost savings. Additionally, the width of the foundation bottom can be constructed at approximately 1 meter, allowing for minimal excavation and floor digging. 【Features】 ■ Minimal on-site construction ■ No need for unnecessary work ■ Foundation bottom width can be constructed at approximately 1 meter ■ Material that can be used in various locations ■ Material that reduces construction time *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

HEP&JES method

Non-excavation underpass construction method using elements with JES joints.

The HEP&JES (High Speed Element Pull & Jointed Element Structure) construction method, developed in collaboration with JR East, is a rational construction technique for cross-sectional structures that combines the non-excavation HEP (High Speed Element Pull) method for pulling and laying elements with the JES (Jointed Element Structure) method, which uses steel elements as the main structural components. This method has been adopted in projects for grade separations under railways and highways, and as of May 2024, it has accumulated over 160 orders. We propose the HEP&JES method as a safe, short-term, and low-cost solution for eliminating level crossings and improving intersections aimed at urban regeneration. **Features** - Since the inserted elements are used directly as the main structural components, insertion work is completed in one go, minimizing the impact on tracks and road surfaces. - Various shapes of structures can be constructed without being limited by structural length. - The method allows for precise construction as elements are pulled from the target point on the arrival side. - Since the pulling reaction force is taken by the retaining wall on the arrival side, there is no need for reaction force equipment on the starting side. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
